NEW DELHI: A fire broke out at a factory in Karawal Nagar area of northeast Delhi on Wednesday, triggering a blast inside the premises, as reported by Delhi Fire Services (DFS).
Eight fire tenders were rushed to the spot, and a firefighting operation is currently underway. The nature of the blast and the extent of damage are yet to be confirmed.
As of now, there have been no reports of casualties or injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation, DFS officials said.
